How to enable JavaScript on your browser
Enabling JavaScript is required for many site features to work. If a page says JavaScript is disabled, use the instructions below for your browser or open the official help link for the most detailed steps.

Google Chrome
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Click Privacy and security, then Site settings.
- Click JavaScript.
- Select Sites can use JavaScript.
- Reload your browser tab.

Microsoft Edge
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy, search, and services, then Site permissions or All permissions.
- Click JavaScript.
- Make sure Allowed is turned on.

Firefox
JavaScript is enabled by default in Firefox. If websites still say it is disabled, an extension or advanced setting may be blocking it.
- Type
about:configin the address bar and press Enter. - Accept the warning to continue.
- Search for
javascript.enabled. - Make sure the setting is
true. - If it is
false, toggle it back totrue.

Safari on Mac
- Open Safari.
- Choose Safari, then Settings.
- Click Security.
- Select Enable JavaScript.
- Close settings and reload your browser tab.

Safari on iPhone or iPad
JavaScript is enabled by default in Safari on iPhone and iPad. If pages still do not work correctly, check for content blockers, device restrictions, or other Safari settings.
